Post Match, Izzy slumps into a corner of the ring and soaks in the audience’s adulation. Slowly, inch by inch, Izzy finally makes it back to her feet. As blood continues to trickle down her face, Stacy DeVille’s music begins to play. The reception is about half and half split for Stacy. She walks towards the ring, with a Manila envelope in her hands. She grabs a microphone and heads into the ring. The ref holds back a Izzy as she tries to square up. She’s on spaghetti legs, but looks ready to fight. Stacy smuggly responds with a coy smile.
“Relax… relax, Izzy. I’m not here to attack you. I’m actually out here to talk.”
The crowd murmurs in anticipation.
“I said it earlier, and I’ll say it again. I am ready to move past all of our shit. It’s doing nothing but hurting my career, yours, and more importantly, it’s hurting Rose City, and I know if that bothers anyone, as much as it bothers me, it’s you, Izzy. So I’m ready to move past this, and forget that all of this happened… Bury the hatchet.”
The crowd cheers as Izzy looks around, confused, still wiping the blood from her forehead.
“I remember when you and I, Izzy, we were the best of friends! We were practically inseparable! You want that back right? I know how alone you are. Remember- hey remember those nights we spent planning RCA cards?”
After a minute or so, Izzy looks back at Stacy, smiles, and extends her hand out. Stacy reaches into her envelope, instead.
“Izzy, what I have here is a check for your remaining dues, owed for all future events, you’re currently contracted to take part in for Rose City Wrestling... and I even paid out the winner’s bonus for all of them with my own money.”
Izzy’s jaw drops, the crowd enters a stunned silence. A number of security guards come out of the curtain and enter the ring and surround Izzy.
“This is non-negotiable. Rose City Wrestling has bought our your contract. Your services are no longer needed. Thank you, and we wish you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors...”
Stacy reaches out for a handshake as the crowd erupts with boos. Stacy’s cold stare, is changed to slight smirk Izzy doesn’t shake Stacy’s hand though. She looks at each of the guards in the eyes, who are pointing up the aisle way. Izzy shoulders Stacy on her way out. Izzy seems to be going peacefully. The guards follow Izzy out of the ring. Izzy stands on the apron looking out at the massive RCW fan base. She looks down at the ground, then towards the entrance way, and finally she turns her attention to Stacy. She re-enters the ring. Izzy sticks out her hand. Stacy looks ready to accept, when Izzy pulls back instead choosing to spit in Stacy’s face. Izzy rolls out of the ring and is escorted to the back by security.
