NIGHT 2 RESULTS
Pre-Show
- A video package, showcasing Lilith Morgan plays, highlights show candid moments from both in and out of the ring. The entire locker room stands along the ring as the video plays. Stacy DeVille is visibly upset, and crying throughout.
- Kaho Sugiyama enters the ring, and returns the trophy. She thanks the fans in attendance, before wishing good luck to the rest of the competitors.
Quarterfinals
Blaise Fader def. Ana Hayden via Coventrian Destroyer at 20:33
- The highly anticipated matchup lived up to the hype as both women threw their best at each other, but neither could keep their opponent down until Blaise finally hit her flipping Piledriver for the win.
Angelica Vaughn def. Sloane Weber(C) via FG Kicks at 24:12
- The epic rematch between Angie and Sloane, would go to the former queen, as it took 3 FG Kicks to keep the queen down for the count.
- After the match, June Song would come to the ring, and taunt the fallen queen, but was chased to the back by Angie.
Talia Areano def. Lena Skye at 15:43
- The matchup between the two women, believed to be the future of Rose City wrestling, was a highly entertaining clash of styles, that saw Talia’s conditioning, ability to keep a higher pace, give her the victory!
Chance Kennedy def. Zoey Lukas at 13:12
- Zoey put up a valiant effort, but the inexperienced Lukas, just couldn’t make it past the current Artemis Champion.
- After the match, Lisa Seldon stormed the ring and assaulted Zoey, finishing it with an apron Piledriver and was escorted to the back by security.
Non-Tournament Matches
Lisa Seldon def. Kristina Von Doom via Man-Opener at 18:32
- This match, was more of a brawl, with both women, very angry, and looking to re-establish dominance in Rose City. It’s Lisa’s tenacity that eventually helped her win over the returning Immortal One.
- Zoey Lukas attacked both women after the bell, with a steel chair, laying both women out, before security stepped in and escorted Zoey out of the arena.
Semi-Finals
Blaise Fader def. Angelica Vaughn at 23:12 via Sick Piledriver
- Angie’s return to the top was thwarted by, arguably the hottest wrestler on the planet, Blaise Fader. These two put on another instant classic, but in the end, Blaise emerged victorious.
Chance Kennedy def. Talia Areano at 18:47 via Two CKOs
- These two women have had similar paths to success in Rose City, and are still viewed as two of the most underrated talents, in the company.
- Once again, their paths would cross, with serious stakes on the line, however, the Artemis Champion was victorious this time, after needing to hit her finishing move twice, in order to put Talia away for good.
Non-Tournament Matches
Hana Seo-Yeon def. Emi Hirota via RNC at 25:15
- STRiFE and Emi put forth another technical classic, with both women exhibiting their skills to the highest degree, in an attempt to defeat the other.
- Emi appeared to have Hana right where she wanted her, when STRiFE ducked a lariat and sinked in a rear naked choke, that saw Emi go to sleep, rather than admit defeat.
Wrestling, Innit? (Lowri Moss/Lexi Bennett) def. Suplex Orgy (Stacy DeVille/Kem Dynamo) via Nos Da at 16:18
- Lowri and Lexi worked like a well oiled machine in this match, utilizing perfect chemistry, and ring awareness to pick up the win against Kem and Stacy, with Lowri delivering the final blow to Stacy.
Finals
Blaise Fader def. Chance Kennedy at 37:18 via Avalanche Piledriver.
- A star making match for both competitors, Blaise and Chance gave their all to walk away the winner, with both women utilizing their finishing moves multiple times, with no success of ending the match however.
- Blaise needed a Piledriver from the second rope to finally put away the Artemis Champion, and win the Memorial Cup, in her home county.
- Emotions consumes both wrestlers after the bell. Chance, with the sting of defeat, respectfully presented the trophy to Fader, who was holding back tears herself. The crowd cheered for the winner as the show ended.
