OPENING CONTEST

SINGLES MATCH

Marilyn Lee Cross vs. Momoko Honda

Both women fly out of the gate in this match. Knowing whats on the line in this bout, the intensity is already through the roof. Momoko is able to score the first pin attempt of the match. A stiff shoot kick to the back of Marilyn Lee's leg creates an opening for a lightning-fast Tsunami Strike. Momoko makes the cover after the shining wizard, but Cross is able to kick out of the attempt as out match continues. We head into the tenth minute of the match. To this point the action has been back-and-forth. Cross had a chance to seal things up as she returned Honda's kicks with some of her own. She finishes off her assault with a running Nicaragua Kick that floors Momoko. However, the touring young lioness still had some roar left in her as she kick out of the pin attempt.

The match continued on into the thirteenth minute. We could see fatigue start to set in on Momoko. Her rapid paced offense was starting to take a toll on her, as her movements in the ring lessened in quickness. Cross was starting to roll off some big moves in succession. A Hand of God spinning back fist from Cross sends Honda for a loop. Cross is able to upend her and position her from the Criss Cross. Marilyn Lee lands the cross-legged piledriver and that was all she wrote on this opening match. Cross gets the three count and she moves on to LVL 3 getting closer to the Sakura Pro Freedom Championship.

WINNER: MARILYN LEE CROSS VIA PINFALL (CRISS CROSS)

The feed cuts to the dark of the night. There is a bonfire in a remote and wooded area. We see behind the shaky hand camera the images of Karlina Owen and McKenna. McKenna moves to feed some glittery powdered substance into the fire. The flames jump wildly and the color the embers turn into a deep jade-green hue. The camera zooms to a wicked grin on the woman's face. We hear Karlina asking McKenna why they are doing this. She says that McKenna promised her and the band that she'd provide something that would help Owen soar to the top in Sakura.

Kinglsey says that this incantation is used to provide help from the Under Realm. She says that the stars have aligned and that she will call forth a spirit that will be soul bound to Evil Eye. Karlina looks skeptical at first, however she soon joins in behind McKenna as they both begin to chant at the flames. McKenna calls to the flames and beseeches it to send forth a conqueror that will ensure that the presence of Evil Eye is felt within the hearts and souls of Sakura. The chanting continues faster and faster. However, both women are hushed by a strong breeze.

The wind whips around the trees, causing the branches to shake violently. Both women put up their hands to cover their faces as the fire is extinguished by the wind. Dirt and tinders from the fire blow around wildly as the hand camera shakes making the sight hard for the viewers at home. The wind soon settles down, and there is an eerie calm between McKenna and Karlina. Owen breaks the silence asking Kingsley if the spell worked. McKenna only smiles as a pair of foot steps could be heard stepping over twigs and foliage within the forested area. McKenna says "Of course.", after a slow lick of her lips as we slowly fade away from the scene.

MATCH TWO

SAKURA PRO FREEDOM CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER
SINGLES MATCH

Ashley Cross vs. Ria Escárcega

While the previous match was fast and furious, this one begins as a brutal war of attrition. Ashley begins the match flying at Ria and catching her unready with a running European uppercut. The strike sends Ria down to the mat, and Ashley looks fired up to start things off tonight. The match continues having transitioned into self into an evenly fought struggle for advantage. Both women are able to land some stiff blows to each other. However, as one starts to gain the other quickly answers back. Ria is able to land a running dropkick that rockets Ashley back into the corner. Ria runs to capitalize but Cross springs to her feet and his able to catch Escárcega with a release overhead German suplex that folds Ria in the corner. Ashley charges in with a corner cannonball splash. Bob-Bomb's away! Ria is able to keep herself alive in the match as she kicks out of the following pin attempt.

The match rolls into the eleventh minute of the contest. Ashley has kept control of this match, trying to keep Ria grounded. Escárcega is able to grab a handful of Ashley's hair and use it to pry herself free from Cross. She ignores the official's warnings and proceeded to use the opening to land a spinning back roundhouse kick on Cross! The flow hits flush, but Cross is still on her feet stumbling in the ring. However, this is all the window of opportunity Ria needs as she follows up with En El Fuego! The pop-up flip piledriver spikes Ashley deep into the mat. Ria bridges with the cover and picks up the victory just pass minute twelve.

WINNER: RIA ESCÁRCEGA VIA PINFALL (EN EL FUEGO)

POST MATCH

After the match ends Ria looks like she's not finished. She quickly rushes over to Ashley and punts her in her side. The official is trying to pull Ria off of Cross as she continues to punish her with mounted punches. The crowd is booing Escárcega loudly. Those boos quickly turn as Marilyn Lee emerges from the back. Ria makes her swift exit from the ring as Marilyn charges in. They exchange words with each other before Ria backs down and heads up the ramp. We exit from the ring with Marilyn lee tending to her sister as we take you to Twitch.TV.

MATCH THREE

SAKURA PRO FREEDOM CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER
SINGLES MATCH

Delilah Santana vs. Sloane Weber

This match begins with some slow pacing between Weber and Santana. It's Delilah's Sakura Pro debut and she's out to impress. This is evident by how she starts out the match. She takes Sloane into a test of strength and then uses her physicality to wrench Sloane into a standing headlock. She maintains her hold of Weber as she adjusted her standing headlock into a standing Full-Nelson. The Englishwoman has complete control of the match as it rolls into its fifth minute. The match continues on with Sloane getting fueled on by the San Francisco crowd. She is able to fight her way free of Santana driving some elbows into the woman's gut to create separation.

The match continues on with Sloane bringing this fight back to even. She uses her speedy pace to offset Santana's technical game. She's able to get Delilah off of her feet with a smooth and wide-arching leg sweep. Sloane adds Insult to injury as she further presses Santana into the mat with a jumping double knee drop. Delilah is able to kick out of Sloane's follow-up pin attempt as this match continues on. We make it to the fifteenth minute with both ladies exchanging punches in the center of the ring. A missed strike from Sloane gives Santana a huge momentum grabber as she punishes Weber's mistake by sending a super kick colliding with Weber's Jaw. Delilah makes a confident cover thinking she has this one, but Weber disappoints her by kicking out at two. The fans are slowly starting to get into this match up as it looks to be hitting its apex.

Santana rises to her feet taking hold of Sloane's legs. She's looking for her bridging figure four leg lock, Se Jodio! However, Weber is able to kick herself free from the attempt, catching Delilah in the face with a flailing boot. As Santana is rocked back, Weber kips back up to her feet. She rushes at Delilah with what looks like a tilt-a-whirl head scissors takedown. However, as they both fall to the canvas Sloane transitions the move into Weber's Web! She has the modified figure four head scissors locked in tightly as the fans are cheering resoundingly behind her. Delilah fights as much as she can before she eventually taps out on Sloane's leg.

WINNER: SLOANE WEBER VIA SUBMISSION (WEBER'S WEB)

POST MATCH

Sloane Weber asks for a microphone as she is standing inside of the ring, holding onto the back of her neck after her match, one of the stagehands places a microphone in her hand and she walks towards the middle of the ring listening to the crowd cheering for the young rookie.

Sloane makes it clear to the audience and to the rest of the SAKURA-PRO roster that she has just one goal in mind and that's the Freedom Championship. She feels it would be a huge honor for her to be crowned the first champion and to set an example of what the championship should be all about. Each time she steps inside of the ring all she wants to do is to continue to prove herself and to make sure everyone understands this is where she belongs.

She looks forward to LVL 3 where if she continues to work hard she will realize her goal of being able to hold the Freedom Championship in her hands. Sloane guarantees that she will hold the championship gold up high above her head and share her moment of triumph with all of the fans who have been so supportive since the day she first stepped foot inside of the ring. The Freedom Championship will be as much as their belt as it will be hers.

This statement from Sloane results in the crowd erupting into further cheers as she makes her way out of the ring.

The three members of GBH were backstage, all dressed in their matching GBH t-shirts with smiles on their faces. Miss Fortune speaks first, recapping how the three of them shook SAKURA! Pro to its very core at I Smell Fear – making a point to laugh at Sloane Weber for thinking she was anything more than a pawn in their game. It was good fortune she managed to defeat Adeline La Roux so soon after the original I Smell Fear card was announced, but after that, the GBH knew what they needed to do. The three of them needed to make a statement, and they did exactly that when they left Weber laid out in that ring last week.

Sammie speaks next, stating that by beating her, Miss Fortune has put herself into title contention here in SAKURA! Pro straight away! And that Adeline La Roux had better be listening closely, as should any other champions – present or future – because they have something GBH wants.

Harper goes next; she says GBH know what it takes to win, and they’ve showed that. Others can talk about ‘clean’ wins or ‘moral victories’ but that’s not the GBH philosophy. “A win is a win”, and that’s what helps to separate them from the pack – that and the phenomenal talent they all possess! But their reign has only just started. She says the three of them will be the worst nightmare of each and every SAKURA! Pro roster member, because none of them are going to be able to stop them, or be anything other than speed bumps in the road that they just roll over.

Miss Fortune speaks again, adding that GBH is going to be the dominating force in SAKURA! Pro – plain and simple. The squabbles the rest of the roster have over who screwed who out of the championship, who cheated to win, who’s going to take the place of Stacy DeVille now she’s decided to hang up her boots – which Harper thinks is just convenient that happened right after their debut – these squabbles are all inconsequential. Because sooner rather than later, GBH will be the name on everybody’s lips. All the titles will belong to them. And anyone – ANYONE! – who gets in their way will be left in their wake, just like Sloane Weber was back at I Smell Fear…

The match begins with Cayla and Malaya starting things off for their respective teams. The beginning sequences of the match see some fast tagging work from The Beautification Movement. They've successfully isolated West in their corner and are wearing down on the San Fran native. However, the big equalizer in June Song play a part in getting Kariko out of her jam. She pulls Cayla off of the apron while Mendoza was tagged in. With Juliana expecting a quick tag from her partner, she stalls. This allows West enough time to fight herself free and back to her corner. She's able to get the hot tag to Malaya who comes out of the blocks on fire. Malaya is running Mendoza down with a series of running strikes and forearms.

On the outside Song is crouched below the apron as she's choking the life out of Cayla. The official is too occupied on keeping up with the action inside of the ring to notice. The crowd boos was Song has turned this encounter into virtually a handicap match. West and Malaya turn the tables with some quick tagging action of their own. Phoenix is eventually able to brawl herself free of Song, but it was far too late as SATSUJIn hits a tandem superkick to both sides of Mendoza's head. West makes the cover as Diyosa keeps watch. They get the three count and SATSUJIN retains the SAKURA Pro Tag Team Championships.

WINNER: SATSUJIN VIA PINFALL (SUPERKICK)
