Kaho Sugiyama def. Blaise Fader
Chapter 6 began with the Top Contender's contract matchup. Blaise recieved a huge ovation when she was announced to the crowd, but it didn't appear to phase Sugiyama, who was able to keep up with Fader, blow for blow, and was able to utilize her superior ground game and picked up the submission win, spoiling the debut for Fader, and claiming the Top Contender in the process.
Kylie Drafthouse def. Arabella
Arabella came to the ring with a head full of steam, but Drafthouse would not be stopped, no matter what Arabella threw at her. Kylie Drafthouse walked away from chapter 6 as the victor, as her stock continues to rise.
Sloane Weber def. Adeline La Roux
Adeline La Roux came into Chapter 6, smiling from ear to ear, after being crowned SAKURA Pro Champion. Sloane Weber came into Chapter 6 as the massive underdog, but Sloane showed a bit more of a sinister side to her tonight. Weber based a heavy part of her offense on the ground, working Addy's legs. La Roux attempted to mount a comeback and seal the victory, but one small slip saw, Sloane lock in a quick rollup and upset the SAKURA Pro Champion.
#BitchSquad def. Manns/Rhodes
The Bad Blood between Katie Anderson and Veeka Manns continued to boil in the Memorial Coliseum tonight. Dabria and Hazel mainly tried to stay out of the cross fire, but before long, all four women were in the ring, brawling. Veeka and Katie would eventually brawl to the back, Dabria, caught in the confusion, was rolled up by Hazel, who secured a pinfall victory for the #BitchSquad
After The Tag Team Match, Stacy DeVille comes out and reveals a new championship that will be crowned at Chapter 7, in Vancouver. The Rose City Television Championship will be defended every week on Rose City Weekly. The championship match will be revealed in the coming days.
Marilyn Lee Cross def. Juliana Mendoza
This match was brutal. It was violent, and for MLC, it was redemption, for what she feels was multiple cheap victories for the member of the Beautification Movement. Mendoza looked for any shortcuts she could utilize: Weapons, , interference, even utilizing her... "Charm" to distract the referee.
Eventually, MLC Snapped. Juliana was getting ready to hit Cross with a chair, but MLC caught the chair and wrestled it away, and began to beat Mendoza relentlessly! After 15 shots or so, Juliana verbally submitted and the referee had to wrestle the chair away from MLC in order to stop the assault.
Angelica Vaughn relayed a video message to the Rose City Faithful, from her hospital bed. She promises to be back in Vancouver, better than ever!
Samantha Tolson def. Starlight
Starlight's impromptu return to Rose City Wrestling was spoiled by a determined Samantha Tolson. At first, Tolson seemed a little timid, maybe shaken from The sudden change in opponent due to Vaughn's injury, but eventually she overcame the change and emerged victorious.
Paula Pina Draws with Serenity Forbes
Paula Pina appeared to have an extra fire in her eyes tonight. Her loss at Chapter 5 to Forbes apopears to have fueled her for revenge. Meanwhile, Forbes appeared to almost not take her opponent seriously at first. Nearly walking out of the match all together at one point.
However, after the two women brawled at ringside for a bit, there was nothing but high intensity from both women. Nothing short of total victory would be acceptable for both women.
The fight was intense and continuous from both, and when the final bell rang, to signify the time limit had been reached, both women were on their feet, fists up and ready to roll, finally collapsed, accepting of the result.
Jessica Black def. Kristina von Doom via Countout. Kristina von Doom retains the Queen of Roses.
KVD's first championship match was an epic encounter, and Jessica Black proved to be more than a worthy contender.
The two women would constantly trade offense with each other with neither woman backing down. The crowd eating out of the palm of their hands the whole.
The match reached its Zenith, with KVD attempted to put JB through the announce table, but Black wiggled free and landed the "Fade to Black" directly to the ring apron!
Jessica struggled to get back into the ring before the referee's 20 count, but before she could realize that von Doom wasn't in the ring, the referee had counted 20.
Jessica Black wins the match, but not the title.
Kristina von Doom is still the Queen of Roses, but has shown that she may not be immortal after all.
